Refund & Cancellation Policy
Book Bees sells digital ebooks that are delivered electronically.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, cancellations and refunds are generally limited to the circumstances described below.
1. Cancellation Before Delivery
If a cancellation request is received before the digital product has been delivered or made available, we may consider the request and issue a refund where appropriate.
2. Refunds for Non-Delivery
If your payment was successfully completed but you did not receive access to your purchased ebook due to a technical or delivery problem, please contact us.
We will first attempt to resolve the delivery or access issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you have accidentally completed the same transaction more than once, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded.

5. Refunds After Successful Delivery
Once the digital ebook has been successfully delivered and accessed or downloaded, refunds will generally not be available solely because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
However, genuine issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
